Walk in the Sand – Scenic Highway 30A, Watercolor
Watercolor is a newer community that developed next to and due to the popularity of Seaside. It is an extention to Seaside as it offers easy access to all the restaurants and community that seaside offers. Watercolor is a bit more laid back with a natural habitat surrounding the homes. It is also a very family friendly community with lots of activites for everyone all within the community. It is a perfect spot and #1 on my list for a family getaway.
There is only one public beach access in the area in a parking lot just between Watercolor and Seaside. This area gets super crowded and parking will fill up during the regular season or whenever there are events, so get there early!
When you get to the beach, it is a lovely experience. The sand is super soft and walking along the beach in these two communities is very interesting.
