Walk in the Sand Florida Journey is a journey to walk across the beachfronts of every beach in Florida while raising awareness of the importance of keeping our beaches clean and protecting this beautiful natural resource.
The Florida journey starts at the tip of the panhandle, walking across and down the west coast, and back up the east coast of Florida. This journey will highlight my hikes and walking distances and destinations. At each beach, I talk about the sand, shoreline, wildlife and water and I share my hike along the soft Florida sands and my recommendations for where to start and stop a beach hike in the area.
